1. No Refunds on Completed Services

All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the Service is delivered or made available to you, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription-based services.

2. Limited Refund Window for New Customers

Refunds are available only to new customers under the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may request a refund only within 48 hours of your first purchase. Any request received after this 48-hour window will not be honored, and no exceptions will be made.
  • Usage Condition: If you have used more than 10% of the allocated bandwidth or any proxies during this period, you are ineligible for a refund. Refunds are intended for initial evaluation only and cannot be used if the Services have been significantly consumed.

3. Subscription Renewals Are Non-Refundable

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue using our Services.

4. Abuse of Refund Policy

Anti Detect Proxy strictly prohibits the abuse of this Refund Policy. Any user attempting to exploit or repeatedly request refunds may have their access permanently revoked and will be ineligible for any future refunds.

5. Service Performance and Availability

We provide our Services “as is” without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free performance. No refunds will be granted due to issues related to service performance, including but not limited to:

  • Downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • Speed or connection issues related to your local network conditions.
  • Misconfiguration or improper use of the proxies.

6. Refund Process

If you meet the strict criteria for a refund within the 48-hour window, you must follow the procedures outlined below:

  • Refund Request: Send a written refund request to [Email Address] with your account details and the reason for your request.
  • Processing Time: We will review and process eligible refund requests within 10 business days. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Anti Detect Proxy.

7. Dispute Resolution

Attempting to issue a chargeback through your financial institution instead of following our refund process will be considered a violation of this Agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate your account, retain any remaining balance, and take legal action as necessary.

8. Exceptions to Refunds

Under no circumstances will refunds be granted for:

  • Violations of Terms of Service: If your account is terminated or suspended due to a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Bulk Purchases: Refunds will not be granted for bulk proxy purchases, custom packages, or any Service provided under a promotional discount.
  • Incorrect Information: Refunds will not be provided if you provided incorrect account details or failed to use the Service due to your own technical limitations.

9. Refund Denial

Anti Detect Proxy reserves the sole right to deny any refund request that does not meet the strict criteria outlined above. Any decision regarding refunds is final and cannot be appealed.
