Terms of Service & Service Commitment Agreement

Welcome to the Terms of Service (“ToS”) and Service Commitment Agreement (“Agreement”) for Anti Detect Proxy. These terms (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website (“Site”) and services (“Services”), provided by Anti Detect Proxy (“Anti Detect Proxy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. This Agreement also includes our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

This Agreement is intended to establish clear expectations for service provision, support, and the responsibilities of both parties. Anti Detect Proxy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notifications of material changes provided via email or on the Site.

1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement serves as the binding contract between Anti Detect Proxy and the Customer for the provision of proxy services. It is effective from the date of acceptance by the Customer, and remains valid until a revised version supersedes it.

Anti Detect Proxy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Should any changes occur, we will inform you either through our Site or via email. Material changes will be effective from the notified date, and continued use of our Services will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Goals and Objectives

The primary goal of this Agreement is to establish and maintain a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities between Anti Detect Proxy and the Customer regarding the provision of our proxy services. The objectives of this Agreement include:

  • Defining clear and measurable descriptions of the Services offered to the Customer.
  • Setting reasonable expectations regarding Service provision, support, and delivery.
  • Establishing responsibilities for both parties to ensure smooth service usage and support.

3. Stakeholders

The stakeholders under this Agreement are defined as:

  • Service Provider: Anti Detect Proxy, which provides the proxy services.
  • Customer: Any individual or entity subscribing to or using the Services.

4. Service Scope

The Services covered by this Agreement include the provision of mobile proxy services. Specific parameters related to support include:

  • Email Support: Available 24/7 for addressing issues and concerns.
  • Live Chat Support: Available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Incident and Service Requests:

  • High Priority: Response within 0-12 hours during business hours.
  • Medium Priority: Response within 48 hours.
  • Low Priority: Response within 5 working days.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All Customers are required to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. The Services must be used in alignment with legal, ethical, and fair practices. Strictly prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal Activities: Use of Services for illegal purposes, including but not limited to hacking, data theft, or activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Malware and Viruses: Distribution of malicious software, viruses, or any other code designed to disrupt or impair the proper function of the Services.
  • Spam and Unauthorized Messaging: Distribution of unauthorized promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or chain letters.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.
  • Unauthorized Access: Gaining unauthorized access to our systems, data, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may lead to the immediate suspension or termination of Services without prior notice.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:

  • Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided for using our Services.
  • Lawful Usage: Ensuring that all usage of the Services is lawful and does not breach applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
  • Prompt Reporting: Promptly notifying Anti Detect Proxy of any security breaches, misuse, or unauthorized access to Services.

7. Service Limitations

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Anti Detect Proxy and supersedes all prior agreements.
  • Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. Anti Detect Proxy reserves the right to assign this Agreement without notice.

By using Anti Detect Proxy Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Service Commitment Agreement.
